SendMate connects directly to your FUB account using your login credentials. It uses your existing phone number — no third-party numbers, no separate texting service. Your leads see texts coming from you.
No. SendMate uses randomized delays between each text (configurable from 2 to 15 minutes) to mimic natural sending patterns. Each text goes out individually from your FUB number, just like you typed it yourself. Think of it as a digital ISA helping you out.
Founders pricing is our limited early-access discount for the first 100 customers — $100 off Pro ($49/mo), $200 off Team ($599/mo), and $400 off Brokerage ($1,199/mo). The discount is applied automatically at checkout. As a founding customer, you lock in your rate — it stays the same as long as your subscription remains active.
Cancel anytime from within the app. When you fully cancel, you'll receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period — automatically, to your original payment method. If you downgrade or reduce seats instead of cancelling, the unused difference becomes account credit applied to your next invoice. No cancellation fees, no contracts.
