Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the Software to:

1. Send messages without legally required consent or in violation of messaging laws or carrier rules.
2. Send spam, harassment, deceptive communications, or illegal content.
3. Access, scrape, harvest, or collect data from any Third-Party Service without proper authorization.
4. Bypass or attempt to bypass security, authentication, access controls, licensing, or usage limits.
5. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, benchmark, monitor, or investigate the Software without written authorization.
6. Permit or facilitate access by Restricted Parties (as defined in the Terms of Service) without SendMate’s prior written authorization.
7. Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the Software, including through false, misleading, or bad-faith reports.
8. Use the Software to connect to, interact with, or send messages through any Third-Party Service without maintaining valid integration authorization and all required permissions (including any required written approvals) from the applicable Third-Party Service provider.

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
