Refund Policy

We offer refunds that are prorated for the unused portion of your current billing period, calculated from the date/time of cancellation through the end of the paid period, provided the account is in good standing (no abuse, fraud, prohibited use, or excessive chargebacks).
Prorated refunds apply only to the current paid subscription term and do not apply to prior billing periods.
Refunds are not provided for prior billing periods, previously paid invoices, or renewal charges from earlier subscription terms.
We may deny refunds (including prorated refunds) for accounts that violate the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, or where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or excessive chargebacks.
Refund and proration requests must be submitted through the in-app Support feature.
