How do I get help with SendMate?

How do I install SendMate and connect Follow Up Boss?
SendMate is a desktop app for Mac and Windows. You install it on your own computer, sign in with your SendMate account, and connect it to your own Follow Up Boss login — texts then send from your existing FUB number. The Getting Started guide walks through each step.
How do I change my plan or cancel?
You can cancel anytime from within the app — no cancellation fees and no contracts. When you fully cancel, the unused portion of your current billing period is refunded automatically to your original payment method. Downgrades become account credit on your next invoice.
